Clinical
Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across inpatient, community-based, and school-based mental health settings, as well as child and family services and outpatient psychotherapy. My clinical practice is grounded in a culturally responsive, strengths-based approach that centers clients’ lived experiences, relationships, and broader social contexts.
Clinical Approach
My clinical approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and honesty. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including CBT, narrative, and strengths-based practice, while attending to the cultural and social contexts that shape clients’ experiences. My work considers identity, intergenerational dynamics, systemic oppression, relationships, and the external pressures that influence well-being. I strive to create a supportive, affirming space that helps clients develop greater clarity, self-trust, and alignment with their values.

Connecting Practice & Research
My clinical practice informs my scholarship by grounding my research in the lived experiences, health, and well-being of the communities I serve. Working across diverse clinical settings has deepened my interest in equitable access to care, culturally congruent approaches to health and healing, and the social and structural conditions that shape well-being. This practice-based perspective continues to inform my work examining how digital technologies can support more accessible, culturally responsive approaches to health, healing, and well-being.
